On February 9, Bitcoin returned to above $10,000, the first time since October 26, 2019. The “Bitcoin” search in the WeChat index reached 463,262, an increase of 62.46% from the previous month and 17.45% from the previous week.
At the same time, the “Bitcoin” word in Baidu search index has an overall daily average of 206,60 in the past 30 days, which is an overall month to month increase of 58% in aggregate, and a month to month increase of 78% in mobile platforms.
The Baidu Search Index is based on the netizen’s search volume on Baidu, and calculates the weighted sum of the search frequency of keywords in Baidu web search. The WeChat Index is the official WeChat-based mobile terminal index based on WeChat big data analysis. Both indexes can reflect the search enthusiasm of Internet users.
